About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Graphic Designer to join our team at LABEL PLUS GRAPHIC INC. as a Visual Storyteller. In this role, you will be responsible for creating engaging and effective visual communications that meet the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Guidance
    • Supervise and guide junior graphic designers and graphic arts technicians to ensure high-quality output.
  • Project Planning and Estimation
    • Estimate the time and resources required to complete graphic design and illustration projects.
  • Storyboard Development
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop storyboards for electronic productions, including multimedia, interactive, and digital products, as well as television advertising and productions.
  • Client Consultation
    • Consult with clients to determine the nature and content of illustrations, ensuring that their communications needs are met.
  • Design and Production
    • Develop and produce realistic or representational sketches and final illustrations that meet client objectives.
    • Coordinate all aspects of production for print, audio-visual, or electronic materials.
  • Client Collaboration
    • Work closely with clients to establish the overall look, graphic elements, and content of communications materials.
    • Determine the most effective medium and vehicle for communication.
  • Graphic Element Development
    • Design and develop graphic elements that meet client objectives.
  • Pre-Production
    • Prepare sketches, layouts, and graphic elements for client review and approval.

Requirements
  • Education
    • College or CEGEP diploma in a related field.
  • Experience
