Job Title: Transportation Logistics Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Transportation Logistics Coordinator to join our team at ExFlex Transport. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for coordinating the movement of goods and materials, ensuring timely and efficient delivery to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure smooth operation of logistics and transportation processes.
  • Prepare and submit reports to management on logistics and transportation performance.
  • Ensure the smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery used in logistics and transportation.
  • Arrange for maintenance and repair work as needed.
  • Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Recruit and hire staff as needed.
  • Train workers in duties and policies.
  • Arrange training for staff.
  • Coordinate, assign, and review work.
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies.
  • Establish work schedules and procedures.
  • Plan, organize, and oversee operational logistics of the organization.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in logistics and transportation.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Word, and MS Windows skills.
  • Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, and tight deadlines.
  • Client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral communication, and excellent written communication.
