Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales and Operations Management Trainee to join our team. As a Sales and Operations Management Trainee, you will be responsible for developing consumer and commercial customer solutions, managing our large inventory of vehicles, and generating new business leads.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and customer satisfaction
  • Manage and maintain a high-performing sales team, providing coaching and guidance to ensure exceptional customer service
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities
  • Conduct market research and analyze customer data to inform sales and marketing strategies
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Results-driven and detail-oriented, with a strong ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Valid Class G/Class 5 driver's license and willingness to drive company vehicles
