Key Responsibilities:
  • Shipping and Receiving: Oversee the receipt and dispatch of goods, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
  • Transportation Management: Coordinate with carriers to arrange for shipping documentation and track goods in transit.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all transportation activities comply with relevant regulations and laws.
  • Policy Development: Establish and implement policies for the transportation and storage of goods.
  • Operations Management: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
  • Supervision: Lead a team of 11-15 people, providing guidance and support to ensure successful outcomes.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: Experience an asset.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with a large workload.
  • Physical Capabilities: Attention to detail, ability to work under pressure.
