Job Summary:

Thermo King Eastern Canada is seeking a skilled Refrigeration Unit Installer to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for installing, testing, and maintaining transport refrigeration units.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install new units on trailers, trucks, and vans
  • Test system operation and adjust valves according to specifications
  • Test lines, components, and connections for leaks
  • Install wiring and mount compressor, condenser, and other components
  • Cut, bend, thread, and connect pipe to functional components
  • Lift and align components into position
  • Fabricate and assemble structural and functional components of refrigeration system

Requirements:

  • Mechanical/HVAC background and/or experience
  • Own set of general tools and tool storage
  • Valid Driver's License
  • Ozone Depletion Certificate preferred
