About the Role

We are seeking an experienced EHS Specialist to join our team at Regal Rexnord. As an EHS Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing environmental, health, and safety programs and policies to ensure a safe and healthy work environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement EHS policies, procedures, and programs to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Conduct regular safety audits and inspections to identify and mitigate potential hazards.
  • Investigate incidents and near-misses to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
  • Develop and implement training programs to ensure employees are aware of EHS policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with operations and management teams to ensure EHS considerations are integrated into business decisions.
  • Manage and maintain EHS records and reports to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and implement sustainability initiatives to reduce waste and minimize environmental impact.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field.
  • 5-7 years of experience in EHS, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong knowledge of EHS regulations and industry standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
