Job Title: Hotel Clerk Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Hotel Clerk Supervisor to join our team at Niagara's Best Inn. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless guest experiences and maintaining the highest standards of customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and Coordinate Front Desk Operations: Oversee the daily activities of the front desk team, ensuring efficient check-in and check-out processes, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Assist Guests with Special Needs: Provide exceptional support to guests with special requirements, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Train and Develop Team Members: Mentor and train new team members, focusing on excellent customer service, and ensuring they understand our hotel's policies and procedures.
  • Maintain Hotel Systems and Equipment: Ensure the smooth operation of our computer systems, equipment, and machinery, and coordinate repairs to minimize downtime.
  • Requisition Materials and Supplies: Effectively manage inventory and requisition necessary materials and supplies to maintain our high standards.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (High) School Graduation Certificate: A minimum of a secondary school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Experience: A minimum of 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role is preferred.
  • Physical Capabilities: Ability to stand for extended periods, with a focus on maintaining a fast-paced environment.
  • Personal Suitability: Excellent interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on accuracy, client focus, dependability, efficiency, and teamwork.
