We are seeking a skilled Fruit Farm Labourer to join our team at 1421327 B.C. LTD. The successful candidate will be responsible for a variety of tasks related to fruit farming, including cleaning crops, hand harvesting vegetables, and operating and maintaining farm machinery and equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Clean and maintain the work area to ensure a safe and healthy environment
  • Assist with planting, cultivating, and irrigating crops
  • Perform weeding and harvesting tasks to ensure optimal crop yields
  • Load, unload, and transfer crates, supplies, and farm produce
  • Operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment
  • Detect and address disease and health problems in crops, livestock, and poultry
  • Examine products for quality and readiness for market
Requirements:
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma required
  • Will train on the job
  • Permanent employment
  • 40 hours per week
  • English language proficiency
