Concrete Moulder

We are a leading manufacturer of precast concrete products, serving the construction industry with high-quality solutions. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the production of our products meets the highest standards.

We are seeking a skilled Precast Concrete Moulder to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating machinery to cut and shape concrete blocks to precise specifications, as well as performing various tasks related to the production process.

• Operate machinery: Safely operate blade or wire saws to cut blocks of concrete to specified dimensions, ensuring accuracy and precision.
• Record manufacturing information: Accurately record manufacturing data, including quantity, size, and type of goods produced, to maintain quality control and production efficiency.
• Set up and operate machines: Set up, adjust, and operate single-function machines to mix, drill, grind, and cut concrete to specifications, adhering to safety protocols and quality standards.
• Build and repair frames: Construct and repair wooden frames used to mould concrete products, ensuring they meet the required specifications.
• Position reinforcing rods: Place reinforcing rods or wire mesh in moulds to ensure the structural integrity of the concrete products.
• Operate vibrating tables: Safely operate vibrating tables to settle concrete, ensuring it meets the required density and quality standards.
• Remove castings: Carefully remove castings from moulds, handling them with precision to avoid damage.
• Cut and assemble pipe sections: Cut cured concrete pipe sections with saws or chisels and cement them together to form odd-shaped fittings, adhering to quality and safety standards.

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced production environment with exposure to noise, dust, and physically demanding tasks. The ability to stand for extended periods, handle heavy loads, and perform repetitive tasks is essential.

• Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
• Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
• Language: English.
