Requirements
  1. Education: Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from a four-year college or university; MBA is highly desirable.
  2. Experience: 10-12 years in sales management in a consulting, high-tech, or service-related industry.
  3. Leadership Skills: Must possess strong leadership skills in teamwork and communication across multiple organizations.
  4. Industry Knowledge: Must have a strong knowledge of IT products and services.
  5. Performance Track Record: Must be able to show a proven track record of consistently exceeding corporate objectives and quotas.
  6. Client Experience: Must have experience working and winning with mid-market and enterprise clients.
  7. Strategic Planning and Execution: Experience in strategic planning and execution, including knowledge of contracting, negotiating, and change management.
  8. Sales Methodology: Experience in implementing sales methodology that drives solutions and services.
  9. Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Work requires professional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to motivate teams to produce results within tight timeframes and simultaneously manage several projects.
  10. Group Meeting Participation: Ability to participate in and facilitate group meetings.
  11. Flexibility: Work requires willingness to work a flexible schedule.
  12. Bilingualism: Bilingual – French and English – highly desirable.
