Job Title: Bricklayer

DM. ALCAN Masonry INC. is seeking a skilled Bricklayer to join our team. As a Bricklayer, you will be responsible for laying bricks, concrete blocks, structural tiles, and other masonry units to build residential and commercial structures.

Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and lay bricks, concrete blocks, structural tiles, or other masonry units
  • Lay bricks, stone, or similar materials to provide veneer facing
  • Construct and install prefabricated masonry units
  • Work at heights, on scaffolding, or swing stages
  • Lay bricks or other masonry units to build residential or commercial chimneys and fireplaces
  • Lay radial bricks to build masonry shells of industrial chimneys
  • Lay or install firebricks to line industrial chimneys and smokestacks
Requirements:
  • 5 years or more of experience in the construction industry
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma required
  • Ability to work at heights and on scaffolding
  • Physical stamina to handle heavy loads and stand for extended periods
