About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Culinary Professional to join our team at Chuck's Roadhouse Bar & Grill - Trenton. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals or individual dishes and foods to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation and Cooking: Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods, ensuring that all dishes are presented to the highest standards.
  • Kitchen Maintenance: Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure that they are clean and well-maintained.
  • Staff Training: Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food, ensuring that they are aware of all food safety procedures.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment, ensuring that we are always stocked and ready to meet customer demand.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise kitchen staff and helpers, providing guidance and support to ensure that we are working efficiently and effectively.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Work Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 37.5 hours per week.
Certifications and Licenses
  • Safe Food Handling Certificate.
  • Food Safety Certificate.
