Job Title: Home Childcare Provider

We are seeking a reliable and caring Home Childcare Provider to join our team at Sukhcharan Singh. As a Home Childcare Provider, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and education to infants and children in a home-based setting.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide a safe and healthy environment for children, including meal preparation and household management.
  • Develop and implement engaging activities and games to promote children's physical, emotional, and cognitive development.
  • Establish and maintain a daily routine that includes rest periods, meal times, and playtime.
  • Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers to ensure seamless transitions and share information about children's daily activities and progress.
  • Maintain accurate records of children's daily activities, health information, and developmental milestones.
  • Collaborate with parents and caregivers to develop and implement strategies to support children's emotional and social development.
  • Ensure the home environment is safe and secure, with regular cleaning and maintenance of the space.
  • Develop and maintain a positive and respectful relationship with children, parents, and caregivers.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience working with children, preferably in a home-based setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
  • Reliability and punctuality.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Early Childhood Education (ECE) diploma or degree.
  • First Aid and CPR certification.
  • Experience with child development and education.
