Position Overview

As a Casual Retail Sales Associate at Alcool NB Liquor, you will play a crucial role in delivering outstanding customer service within the liquor retail sector. Your enthusiasm and expertise will help customers make informed choices while fostering a collaborative environment focused on responsible selling.

This position offers a flexible schedule, allowing for a healthy work-life balance, with opportunities for personal and professional growth. Work hours will vary according to business needs, including days, evenings, and weekends.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing exceptional customer service to enhance the shopping experience
  • Informing customers about products and optimizing sales opportunities
  • Handling transactions accurately while maintaining up-to-date product knowledge
  • Ensuring effective visual merchandising and store presentation
  • Utilizing a forklift and performing light operational tasks

Qualifications for Success:

  • Must be at least 19 years old with prior sales or customer service experience
  • Capable of lifting up to 40 lbs and legally authorized to work in Canada
  • Availability for flexible scheduling
