Core Responsibilities
- Provide support to the commercial team regarding Salesforce inquiries and process enhancements.
- Oversee daily operations within Salesforce.
- Collaborate with the team to automate and improve Salesforce workflows.
- Aid the Marketing department in managing data effectively.
- Examine data patterns and propose solutions to ensure data accuracy.
- Generate reports for stakeholders and end-users.
- Work alongside the team on initiatives aimed at continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Proven experience with Salesforce is essential.
- Strong analytical capabilities and proficiency in Excel.
- Familiarity with Microsoft applications.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships.
- Experience in data analysis and problem resolution.
