This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to transition into a career in the Collision industry, with potential paths as an Auto Body or Refinishing Technician, or in a Parts/Production role.
Key Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
• Cleaning and preparing customer and replacement vehicles for delivery
• Performing minor paint defect removal and quality control checks
• Maintaining a clean and organized workspace, including facility upkeep and waste management
• Assisting with minor maintenance tasks, such as filter changes and light bulb replacements
Requirements:
To excel in this role, the ideal candidate will possess:
• A strong work ethic and ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Excellent organizational and attention-to-detail skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage deadlines
• A valid Class 5 driver's license with a clean driving record
