Financial Manager Job Description

**Job Summary:**

Patrimonica Advisory Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Financial Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for the financial management of our clients' assets, including their holding companies, trusts, and foundations.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Manage the accounting records and transactions of our clients;
  • Account for various investments and transactions;
  • Prepare quarterly and annual financial statements;
  • Oversee payment schedules and ensure timely payments;
  • Prepare income tax returns for individuals, corporations, and trusts;
  • Prepare annual declarations for foundations;
  • Participate in financial, tax, and estate planning processes;
  • Coordinate with our investment team.

**Requirements:**

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or administration – accounting option;
  • Accounting designation is an asset;
  • Minimum of 3 years relevant field experience;
  • Experience in a chartered accounting firm would be an asset;
  • Knowledge of Caseware, DTMax, and TaxPrep is an asset;
  • Bilingualism (French and English).

**Personal Skills and Abilities:**

  • Strong management and work organization skills;
  • Strong interest in taxation;
  • Aptitude for teamwork;
  • Ability to communicate effectively;
  • Meticulousness and discretion are essential.
