Job Title: Senior Vice-President

Hill & Knowlton Ltd. is seeking a seasoned professional to drive business growth and lead our Ottawa market. As a Senior Vice-President, you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing complex relationships, and providing strategic communication solutions to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute business growth strategies to drive revenue and expand our client base.
  • Manage and mentor a team of professionals to deliver exceptional results and develop their skills.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with government stakeholders, business leaders, and community partners.
  • Provide strategic communication solutions to clients, including public affairs, crisis communications, and reputation management.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, geopolitical landscapes, and policy changes to inform our business strategies.
Requirements:
  • 15-20 years of experience in public affairs and/or strategic communications leadership roles.
  • Exceptional judgment, agility, and ability to manage change and complex relationships.
  • Political savvy and experience working with government stakeholders.
  • Bilingual capabilities: English and French fluency is highly desirable.
  • Strong network of trusted relationships across government, business, and community stakeholders.
