Job Title: Senior .Net Development Specialist

Work Arrangement: 100% Onsite

Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the architecture, design, and implementation of robust software solutions utilizing .Net 6+, C#, WinForms, TPL, and proprietary frameworks.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline (Bachelor's or Master's).
  • Over 15 years of demonstrated experience in a Development Lead capacity or equivalent, showcasing a strong portfolio in .Net 6+, C#, WinForms, and Threading TPL.
  • Proficient in Clean Architecture, Domain-Driven Design (DDD), and Test-Driven Development (TDD).
  • Experience with automated unit testing and a solid grasp of architectural design and patterns.
  • Outstanding leadership and communication abilities, capable of inspiring and guiding a development team.
  • Strong analytical and algorithmic problem-solving skills.
  • Comprehensive understanding of the software development lifecycle and agile practices.
