Key Responsibilities- Provide personalized patient education and motivation to promote optimal oral health
- Identify early signs of periodontal disease and initiate proactive treatments for optimal outcomes
- Collaborate with the dentist to build strong relationships with patients and establish trust
- Utilize teaching aids such as photos, x-rays, and treatment plans to enhance the educational experience
- RDH Degree: A degree in Dental Hygiene is essential for this role
- Willingness to accept new graduates: We welcome and encourage applications from recent graduates
- Exceptional attitude: A positive and enthusiastic attitude is crucial for exceptional patient care and a harmonious team environment
- Desire to grow the practice and help patients: A genuine desire to contribute to the success of the office and help the team achieve their goals is essential
- Competitive compensation: $60-65/hour for experienced hygienists and $55/hour for new graduates
