Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Bookkeeper to join our team at Joeonto Corporation. As a Bookkeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, preparing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and detailed financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
  • Financial Statement Preparation: Prepare financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Accounting Standards Compliance: Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations, including GAAP and tax laws.
  • Payroll Administration: Prepare and process payroll, including calculating salaries, wages, and benefits.
  • Tax Preparation: Prepare and file tax returns, including individual and corporate tax returns.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years.
  • Skills: MS Access, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Windows, MS Word.
Work Environment

This is a permanent position with a 40-hour workweek. The ideal candidate will have excellent attention to detail, be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and be able to meet tight deadlines.
