Production Associate

Hendriks Greenhouses is seeking motivated and energetic individuals for the role of Production Associate.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Daily preparation of the work area and effective communication with various departments regarding required materials.
  • Maintaining the quality of crops, ensuring they are adequately watered and staged for optimal presentation.
  • Identifying and reporting any crops that do not meet quality standards before processing.
  • Collaborating with team members to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of orders based on customer specifications, including tasks such as planting, potting, tagging, propping, and sleeving.
  • Assisting with the unloading of pots and applying UPC labels as needed.
  • Consistently upholding a clean and safe working environment.
  • Performing other general labor tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Steel toe safety footwear is mandatory.
  • Candidates must possess reliable transportation.
  • Availability to work extended hours and weekends during peak seasons is required.
  • Ability to work in varying temperatures, standing for extended periods, and performing bending and lifting tasks.
