  • Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints and requests in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Store Operations: Oversee the daily operations of the store, including inventory management, merchandise ordering, and payment authorization.
  • Performance Management: Conduct regular performance reviews to evaluate staff performance and provide feedback for improvement.

Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year
