Nanny Caregiver

Mabuhay Home is seeking a dedicated and caring Nanny to join our team. As a Nanny, you will be responsible for providing top-notch care and support to our clients' children in the comfort of their own homes.

• Household Management: Assume full responsibility for the household in the absence of parents, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for the children.
• Light Housekeeping and Cleaning: Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties to maintain a tidy and organized home.
• Meal Preparation: Prepare and serve nutritious meals for the children, taking into account their dietary needs and preferences.
• Child Supervision: Supervise and care for the children, engaging in activities that promote their physical, emotional, and social development.
• Discipline and Guidance: Discipline children according to the methods requested by the parents, while also providing guidance and support to help them develop good habits and values.
• Emotional Support: Tend to the emotional well-being of the children, providing a listening ear and a comforting presence when needed.
• Travel and Activities: Travel with the family on trips and assist with child supervision and housekeeping duties, as well as organize activities such as games and outings for the children.

• Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required, but a willingness to learn and grow with the company is essential.
• Experience: Willingness to train and learn the skills necessary to excel in this role.
• Language: English is the primary language spoken in the home, and proficiency in this language is required.
• Availability: Availability to work 32 hours per week, with flexibility to accommodate the family's schedule.
