As a Customer Service Supervisor, your primary duties will encompass:

  • Overseeing and directing the Customer Experience Teams (CETs)
  • Establishing and tracking Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Offering guidance and support to CET members for ongoing development
  • Optimizing processes and work instructions to maintain a superior level of customer satisfaction
