About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain relationships with referral sources and origination partners to generate new business opportunities.
  • Develop and execute effective marketing and sales programs to drive business results.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to customers on home financing options and solutions.
  • Collaborate with branch teams to ensure seamless customer service and support.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulatory requirements, and product knowledge to provide the best possible service to customers.
Requirements
  • Typically 3-5 years of relevant experience in mortgage lending or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of mortgage products, services, and industry trends.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and sales skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
