About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Management Trainee at Pyrox Auto Group 1383001 B.C. Ltd. As a Management Trainee, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the automotive industry and develop your skills in sales and operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and Organize Daily Operations: Assist in planning and organizing daily operations, including managing staff and assigning duties.
  • Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research and analyze data to determine consumer demand, potential sales volumes, and the impact of competitors' operations on sales.
  • Merchandise Procurement: Locate, select, and procure merchandise for resale, ensuring that it meets the company's quality standards.
  • Marketing Strategies: Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the company's products and services.
  • Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Staff Management: Recruit, hire, and supervise staff, as well as conduct performance reviews.
  • Office Management: Supervise office staff and ensure that the office is running smoothly and efficiently.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Work Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
