Responsibilities
The product design team at Workato is a collaborative and fast-paced environment that requires individuals who are passionate about building exceptional user experiences. As an Interaction Designer, you will work closely with designers, product managers, and engineers to design and develop features that meet the needs of our users.
Key responsibilities include:
- Understanding user needs and requirements through research and analysis
- Designing and developing user interfaces that are intuitive and user-friendly
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure design solutions meet business objectives
- Prototyping and testing design concepts to ensure usability and effectiveness
- Communicating design decisions and rationale to stakeholders
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Human Factors, UX, New Media, or Design, or equivalent experience
- A portfolio that demonstrates your design skills and experience
- Strong understanding of design principles and human-centered design methodologies
- Ability to communicate design decisions and rationale to stakeholders
- Experience with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD
