Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our team at CB Canada. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse, including receiving, storing, and shipping products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receiving and Processing: Receive and inspect incoming shipments, verify quantities and product quality, and accurately record inventory levels.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records, including tracking stock levels, identifying discrepancies, and implementing corrective actions.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and ship orders in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring accuracy and quality.
- Warehouse Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment, including sweeping, cleaning, and organizing storage areas.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and other machinery.
Requirements:
- Previous Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a warehouse or inventory management role.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Skills: Strong attention to detail, excellent communication and teamwork skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Certifications: Valid forklift certification preferred.
What We Offer:
- Competitive Pay: $20-22 per hour plus 4% vacation pay.
- Flexible Scheduling: Morning and afternoon shifts available.
- Temporary to Permanent Assignment: Opportunity to transition to a permanent role.
