Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our team at CB Canada. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse, including receiving, storing, and shipping products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receiving and Processing: Receive and inspect incoming shipments, verify quantities and product quality, and accurately record inventory levels.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records, including tracking stock levels, identifying discrepancies, and implementing corrective actions.
  • Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and ship orders in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring accuracy and quality.
  • Warehouse Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment, including sweeping, cleaning, and organizing storage areas.
  • Equipment Operation: Safely operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and other machinery.

Requirements:

  • Previous Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a warehouse or inventory management role.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Skills: Strong attention to detail, excellent communication and teamwork skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Certifications: Valid forklift certification preferred.

  • Competitive Pay: $20-22 per hour plus 4% vacation pay.
  • Flexible Scheduling: Morning and afternoon shifts available.
  • Temporary to Permanent Assignment: Opportunity to transition to a permanent role.
