UNIQLO is a global retail company that operates over 2300 stores worldwide, offering high-quality, functional clothing at affordable prices. We are committed to minimizing our environmental impact and providing employees with training, performance-based increases, and growth opportunities.

The Process Automation Manager will support the North America business by identifying opportunities for efficiency gains through automation and process optimization. This role will collaborate with the RPA team at Global Headquarters in Japan and other regions to leverage assets and knowledge, while also developing new ideas and insights.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement automation processes using UiPath, Microsoft Power Automate, and Python
  • Lead discovery sessions with business members to identify pain points and opportunities for improvement
  • Maintain documentation related to discovery processes, process automation, and technical design
  • Perform periodical maintenance of new store opening files
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and automation initiatives

Requirements:

  • At least 4 to 6 years of professional experience in programming, SQL, and relational databases
  • Experience with one or more RPA technologies (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism)
  • Experience with process analysis, design, and implementation, business and technical requirements, problem-solving, and system testing
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, as well as report creation and analysis skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks
