Supply Chain Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Inventory Control Supervisor to join our team at 3398722 CANADA INC. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our inventory management system.
Key Responsibilities- Inventory Management: Coordinate and oversee the receipt, storage, and distribution of inventory, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting.
- Supply Chain Coordination: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and mitigate supply chain risks, ensuring timely delivery of goods and services.
- Operations Oversight: Monitor and analyze inventory levels, identifying opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
- Team Leadership: Supervise and train a team of inventory control specialists, providing guidance and support to ensure successful execution of inventory management tasks.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit regular reports on inventory levels, supply chain performance, and operational metrics.
- Education: College/CEGEP degree in a related field, such as supply chain management or business administration.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in inventory management or a related field.
- Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
- Computer and Technology Knowledge: Proficient in MS Access, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word.
This is a permanent, full-time position working 40 hours per week in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be able to work under pressure, handle heavy loads, and maintain attention to detail.
Language and Work TermThis position requires English language proficiency and a permanent work term.
