About the Role

Ash Medical is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Family Medicine Specialist to join our team. As a Family Medicine Specialist, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive primary care to patients of all ages, from infants to seniors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Education and Training: You will be required to have a degree in medicine, dentistry, veterinary medicine, or optometry, and be certified by the College of Family Physicians Certification (CCFP).
  • Work Setting: You will work in a variety of settings, including rural areas, urban areas, and private practice.
  • Certifications and Licenses: You will be required to have licensure by provincial or territorial authorities, and be certified by the Medical Council of Canada Qualifying Examination (MCCQE I and MCCQE II).
  • Personal Suitability: You will be expected to possess excellent communication skills, both written and oral, and be able to work effectively in a team environment.
Requirements
  • Language: You will be required to have proficiency in English or French.
  • Work Hours: You will be expected to work 35-50 hours per week.
  • Experience: You will have at least 2 years of experience in the field of family medicine.
