Shoe Specialist

At Harry Rosen, we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Shoe Specialist to join our team. As a Shoe Specialist, you will be responsible for leading the shoe department and developing a clientele that recognizes their key role in delivering a superior service experience to our discerning clientele.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead by Example, focus on the achievement of sales goals within the shoe department
- Promote footwear collection, reinforcing the different lifestyle components
- Deliver product knowledge training to Advisors, develop taste level and brand image
- Communicate with buying and visual teams to ensure the product inventory and spirit of the brand is represented
- Participation and coordination of Trunk Shows
- A focus for inspiring repeat exceptional customer experiences both online and in-store through consistent training
- A minimum of 2 years of retail sales experience preferably in a luxury environment, footwear or store/department leadership
- Our menswear retail environment includes working within various departments such as sportswear, footwear, accessories, outerwear, tailored clothing and made-to-measure. Experience in these areas of the retail industry is preferred.
