Key Responsibilities:- Hire, train, and supervise housekeeping staff to ensure excellent service and high-quality cleaning standards.
- Conduct regular inspections of hotel rooms and public areas to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and excellent guest experience.
- Recommend and arrange for additional services such as painting, repair work, and renovations as needed.
- Assist housekeeping staff in performing duties and provide guidance and support as needed.
- 1-2 years of experience in housekeeping or a related field.
