Key Responsibilities- Team Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of our sales team, ensuring that they are working effectively and efficiently to meet sales targets.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain our inventory of liquor products, ensuring that we have the right products in stock at the right time.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Merchandising: Order merchandise and authorize returns, ensuring that our store is well-stocked and that our customers have access to a wide range of products.
- Reporting: Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters, providing valuable insights to our management team.
- Problem-Solving: Resolve issues that may arise, including customer complaints and supply shortages.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year
- Work Term: Permanent
- Work Language: English
- Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week
