Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Product Development Specialist to join our Product Development Group in the end-to-end management of our new product portfolio. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in evaluating the performance and market reception of their assigned products.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Collect, analyze, and present data related to product performance, client feedback, and market trends to inform business decisions.
  2. Conduct market research on new industry trends and prepare detailed reports to support strategic initiatives.
  3. Support the product manager by coordinating activities between different teams and stakeholders, setting timelines and milestones, and ensuring that development projects are completed within budget and on time.
  4. Track key performance indicators (KPIs) for each product and produce regular reports to measure progress.
  5. Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization on all portfolio products to drive business growth.
  6. Develop and nurture relationships with customers and partner companies to foster collaboration and mutual success.
  7. Field requests from clients and coordinate within the product team to address their needs and provide exceptional customer service.
  8. Perform other general office duties and ad-hoc projects as assigned to support the business.
Requirements
  1. Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or any related Engineering discipline.
  2. Early-stage career professionals with 1-2 years of project or product development related experience, preferably in the manufacturing or food processing industry.
  3. Highly developed skills in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  4. Proven Product Management Skills: goal-oriented, sense of urgency, and able to manage changing priorities.
  5. Demonstrated ability to adapt to a fast-paced dynamic environment.
  6. Ability to work with minimum supervision in a cross-functional team environment.
  7. Capacity to prioritize and meet deadlines, understanding business needs and objectives.
  8. Demonstrated excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
  9. Willingness to travel to client sites as required from time to time.
