Job Title: Landscape Worker

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Landscape Worker to join our team at Seaside Landscaping Ltd. As a key member of our outdoor maintenance team, you will be responsible for assisting with landscape constructions, weeding, pruning, and trimming trees and plants, cutting grass, raking and collecting refuse, and removing litter and garbage.

Work Environment

Our team works in a variety of outdoor settings, including urban, rural, and remote locations. You will be required to work in a fast-paced environment, often in extreme weather conditions.

Responsibilities
  • Assist with landscape constructions, including laying sod or seed, planting bulbs, flowers, shrubs, and trees, and applying fertilizers.
  • Weed, prune, and trim trees and plants to maintain a well-manicured appearance.
  • Cut grass and maintain lawns and gardens.
  • Rake and collect refuse, and remove litter and garbage from outdoor areas.
  • Operate and maintain landscape maintenance equipment, including snowblowers, chain saws, and small engine equipment.
  • Prepare and lay bricks, concrete blocks, structural tiles, or other masonry units.
Requirements
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Will train on the job.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced outdoor environment.
  • Physical stamina to handle heavy loads and repetitive tasks.
  • Attention to detail and hand-eye coordination.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
