We are seeking a skilled Farm Labourer to join our team at Pleasant Creek Farms Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for planting, cultivating, and irrigating crops, as well as operating and maintaining farm machinery and equipment.
Key Responsibilities:- Plant, cultivate, and irrigate crops to ensure optimal growth and yield.
- Fertilize and spray crops to promote healthy growth and prevent pests and diseases.
- Operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment to ensure efficient and safe operation.
- Work in a fast-paced environment with varying weather conditions.
- Collaborate with other farm staff to achieve team goals and objectives.
- No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
- 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field.
- Ability to work in a seasonal, 40-80 hour per week environment.
- English language proficiency.
