Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Director to join our team at Custom Culinary. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for leading the development, management, and reporting of our financial and operational performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Reporting and Analysis:

  • Lead the monthly financial reporting process, including closing the books, preparing financial statements, and reporting results.
  • Develop and maintain accurate financial models and forecasts to inform business decisions.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure financial data is accurate and reliable.

Financial Planning and Strategy:

  • Develop and implement financial plans and strategies to drive business growth and profitability.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to identify and prioritize business opportunities and challenges.
  • Provide financial guidance and support to business leaders to inform strategic decisions.

Leadership and Development:

  • Lead and manage a team of financial professionals to achieve business objectives.
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance financial skills and knowledge.
  • Coach and mentor team members to achieve career goals and objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, preferably with a Master's degree or professional certification (CPA, CMA).
  • Minimum 5-10 years of experience in financial leadership roles, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
