We are seeking an experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our dynamic team at Bottega Veneta Canada Inc. in Yorkdale. As a key member of our store leadership team, you will play a critical role in driving sales growth, delivering exceptional customer service, and maintaining a high level of store operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Store Manager in achieving sales targets and driving business growth
- Lead and develop a high-performing sales team to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales
- Manage store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and store maintenance
- Partner with the Store Manager to develop and implement sales strategies and promotions
- Monitor and analyze sales data to inform business decisions and drive growth
- Recruit, train, and develop sales associates to ensure a high level of customer service and sales performance
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including visual merchandising, inventory management, and customer service standards
- Deliver exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with customers
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of retail experience in a managerial role
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and delivering exceptional customer service
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
