Environmental Management Scholarship

**Environmental Management Scholarship Opportunity**
Det'on Cho Management LP is offering two (2) $1000.00 scholarships to full-time students and one (1) $500 scholarship to part-time students/training program participants who are enrolled in a post-secondary program or training in the Environmental or Social Sciences field.
**Eligibility Criteria:**
- Must be a Northern Indigenous student who is an Impact Beneficiary Agreement Holder.
- Priority will be given to Yellowknives Dene First Nation Members.
- Must be enrolled in a fully accredited post-secondary program or training in the Environmental or Social Sciences field with an interest in Environmental Management, Monitoring, Conservation, Reclamation, Guardianship, or Indigenous/Traditional Knowledge research.
- A training program in a relevant field can take place in Fall or Winter.
**Required Documents:**
- A letter of interest or video submission outlining education and career goals.
- Mailing address for the scholarship funds.
- Two letters of reference.
- Proof of Beneficiary (copy of Indian status card).
- Proof of Residency (copy of NT Health Care Card).
- Copy of acceptance letter from post-secondary institution (if first year student).
- OR proof of registration for the coming year (2nd year students or higher).
- Copy of official transcripts (must have official stamp visible and signed).
**Application Instructions:**
- Combine and scan all required documents into one document.
- Submit the application package through one of the following methods:
- Online or
- In person or by mail to the Scholarship Committee at Det'on Cho Building.
