Technical Support Associate

Ross Video is seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Associate to join our team. As a Technical Support Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, and in-person.
- Assist customers in resolving technical issues and ensure a superior customer experience.
- Work closely with the technical support team to resolve complex technical issues.
- Develop and maintain knowledge of Ross Video products and services.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Knowledge of MS Word and Excel.
