Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with design and product leadership to define game mode direction, ensuring designs align with the overall product vision.
    • Develop comprehensive progression systems and refine them to meet specific objectives.
    • Motivate and inspire the team to deliver high-quality results within established constraints.
    • Identify challenges and opportunities, generating innovative solutions.
    • Analyze research data to understand market trends and player feedback, leveraging insights to create a creative vision aligned with business goals.
    • Work closely with Production Leads to prioritize features and sub-features within the project scope and development plan.
Your Qualifications
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Designer in the video game industry, contributing to the creation of successful games.
  • Diverse experience in developing engaging game modes.
  • Strong understanding of player progression systems.
  • Proven ability to mentor other designers and provide constructive feedback.
  • Background in console/AAA game development.
  • Proactive approach to design, from initial concept to implementation.
  • Ability to design player experiences that support strategic business objectives.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
