We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Front Desk Agent to join our team at Timber Ridge Inn and Suites LTD.

Job Summary:

The Front Desk Agent will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, handling room reservations, and ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Guest Services: Register arriving guests, assign rooms, and provide information on hotel facilities and services.
  • Room Reservations: Take, cancel, and change room reservations, and process group arrivals and departures.
  • Customer Service: Investigate complaints and claims, resolve issues, and provide general information about points of interest in the area.
  • Administrative Tasks: Maintain an inventory of vacancies, reservations, and room assignments, and perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties.
  • Communication: Answer telephone calls, relay messages, and contact customers to deliver requested wake-up calls.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year.
  • Skills: Attention to detail, standing for extended periods, client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral communication, flexibility, organized, reliability, and team player.
Work Conditions:

Free parking available, 30 to 40 hours per week, and work term: permanent.

Language:

English.
