The successful candidate will be responsible for facilitating and implementing solutions that foster collaboration across all Asset Information Management (AIM) departments, ensuring a seamless flow of data and information.
This role is crucial in enhancing efficiency and creating synergies within the asset information management processes.
The Asset Information Management Specialist will develop an overarching process document that unifies all AIM departments, create a comprehensive process map that captures the entire AIM data and information flow, and analyze AIM requirements and interdepartmental interactions to identify areas for improvement.
The ideal candidate will have a technologist diploma in Engineering or a relevant field, 8 years + of related experience, and technical knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements and asset information associated with an operating pipeline.
The successful candidate will also have effective interpersonal, verbal, and written communications skills, and a solid understanding of operations, construction, engineering design, asset maintenance, and process safety as they relate to records management and construction drawings.
This is an office-based role with up to 10% travel to other Enbridge office and field locations.
