Position Overview

As a Construction Site Supervisor at Blue Fox Construction & Renovation Inc., you will play a pivotal role in overseeing construction projects from inception to completion. Your leadership will ensure that all activities are conducted efficiently and safely.

Educational Requirements
  • Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate is mandatory.
Key Responsibilities
  • Generate production and various reports to track project progress.
  • Recruit, hire, and manage workforce requirements.
  • Coordinate and schedule construction activities effectively.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times.
  • Develop strategies to meet project timelines.
  • Interpret blueprints and technical drawings accurately.
