About the Role
As an Insurance Broker at Western Coast Insurance Services, you will be responsible for meeting sales targets through quotes and referrals. You will build lasting relationships with customers, helping to protect what matters most to them.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide quotes and sell new policies to customers via phone, in-person, and by email
- Assist customers with the purchase of their home and auto policy
- Manage and build customer relationships and meet insurance sales targets
- Follow up on all client accounts to resolve outstanding activities
- Conduct sales calls for new business and make timely renewal calls for existing customer business
Requirements
- No experience required, training provided for the right candidate
- RIBO/General Level 1 Insurance License an asset
- Proficient in navigating multiple computer programs
- Ability to communicate professionally in-person, over the phone, and through email
- Prior experience achieving sales targets in a similar or comparable role
- Working experience in EPIC an asset
What We Offer
Full-time position with 37.5 hours/week
Location: Cranbrook, BC
Competitive compensation range: $45,000 - $61,000
