About the Role

As a Customer Experience Associate at Scotiabank, you will be the face of our branches, connecting with customers in a relatable way to provide exceptional service throughout their journey. Your focus will be on taking a proactive approach to discovering customer needs, listening to understand their requests, and processing day-to-day transactions. You will nurture rich, long-standing relationships and contribute to the Branch's targets by identifying and fulfilling simple sales opportunities. Additionally, you will be a technology expert, sharing your knowledge by introducing clients to our mobile banking applications and assisting them to better manage their banking needs.
