Job Summary

Arcadis is seeking a highly skilled CAD/Revit/BIM Lead to join our team. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for providing Revit and AutoCAD support for design projects, leading project teams with Revit modeling requirements, and coordinating team assignments and monitoring production.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide Revit and AutoCAD support for design projects
  • Lead project teams with Revit modeling requirements, content creation, and coordination efforts
  • Coordinate team assignments and monitor production
  • Manage junior team members and conduct employee reviews, provide training, and mentorship
  • Develop customized solutions as required
  • Develop drawings using design information provided from Visio, Bluebeam, and CAD, including systems line diagrams, floor plans, and elevations
  • Develop and provide training for junior team members

Qualifications

  • College/Technical/University Diploma
  • 3-5 years of Revit software design and application experience
  • Revit and modeling experience in MEP, Architectural, and Structural
  • Experience working with design markup programs such as Visio, Bluebeam, and CAD
  • Experience working in a large office or work environment
  • Capable with Microsoft Office programs, particularly Word and Excel
  • Comfortable working with remote task assignment software programs
  • Familiarity and comfort in working in agile sprint-based team assignment and organizational structure
  • Ability to work with remote enabling technologies such as Microsoft Teams, Webex, Zoom, Go To Meeting, etc.
  • Confident with the ability to build strong working relationships
  • Energetic, diplomatic, flexible, problem-solving mindset
  • Strong organizational and prioritizing skills with the ability to take initiative
  • Engineering/Architectural/Construction Industry experience beneficial
