Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced and visionary Chief Executive Officer to lead our organization and drive our mission forward. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of success in the healthcare industry, with a strong background in dementia care administration and a passion for innovation and excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide overall leadership and direction to the organization, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care and services to our residents and their families.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive growth and improvement, while maintaining a strong focus on quality and safety.
  • Lead and manage a team of senior executives, ensuring effective communication and collaboration across the organization.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including government officials, community leaders, and sector partners.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and regulations, including the Ontario Health Care system, Retirement Homes Act, and RHRA.
  • Develop and manage budgets, ensuring financial sustainability and growth.
  • Lead by example, promoting a culture of empathy, respect, and dignity throughout the organization.
Requirements
  • Minimum 10 years' experience in the healthcare industry, with a strong background in dementia care administration.
  • Proven track record of success in senior executive roles, with a focus on innovation, growth, and excellence.
  • Strong knowledge of relevant care and employment legislation, including the Ontario Health Care system, Retirement Homes Act, and RHRA.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Ability to think strategically and make informed decisions, while maintaining a strong focus on quality and safety.
